Something happened to the Planet in the quantum spectrum. The current protection technique is insufficient and inefficient (nuclear reactors, radioactive waste containers, electricity transmission lines, electric means of transport, on-board computers, cars, airplanes, emission stations, exhaust filters, etc.).
